摘要
20 世纪 80 年代末，马来西亚社会在“茅草行动”与华教危机的笼罩下，政治 氛围高度紧绷，言论自由受到法令制约。在马来西亚华文文坛上，马华诗歌成为 记录时代创伤与族群情绪的重要文体。此类创作中，傅承得以其强烈的地方色彩 与在地意识，成为该时期政治抒情诗的代表性诗人。傅承得出生于槟城，国立台 湾大学毕业返马，长期投身文教工作并策划“动地吟”朗诵实践，兼具诗人及出 版人身份，曾获马华文学奖与国家书籍奖等荣誉。他在诗歌中常以“风雨”、“土 地”、“城市”等在地意象为载体，将政治高压及历史创伤转化为诗性表达，展现 其在家国之间的抉择困境与精神韧性。

Abstract
In the late 1980s, under the shadow of Operation Lalang and the Chinese education crisis, Malaysian society was marked by heightened political tension, while freedom of expression was constrained by restrictive laws. In Malaysian Chinese-language literature, Malaysian Chinese poetry emerged as an important genre for recording the traumas of the era and the emotional experiences of ethnic communities. Within this literary landscape, Poh Seng Titt stands out as a representative poet of political lyricism during this period, distinguished by his profound local consciousness and strong sense of place. A Penangnite and educated at National Taiwan University, Poh’s lifelong dedication was to educational and cultural work. He initiated and organised a poetry recitation movement with sizeable impact among the Malaysian Chinese community, known as the Dong Di Yin (Moving Earth Chant). Assuming dual roles as both poet and publisher, Poh has received honors such as the Malaysian Chinese Literature Award and the National Book Award. Frequently employing local imagery such as “the wind and the rain,” “our land,” and “our city” as expressive vehicles, Poh transforms political realities and historical memories into poetic articulation. In doing so, he foregrounds a mode of Malaysian Chinese political poetry marked by both critical engagement and public resonance.
